Can I point out an important detail.

Whisky = An alcoholic drink made properly by a Scotsman.

Whiskey = Industrial donkey hoof cleanser made by a gibbering Irish idiot.

You can happily call the tongue-offending slurry made in America, whiskey, as a yank is effectively a slightly less drunk but more violent Irishman with a gun.

You sir, are a fool. As the inventors of the drink, the Irish veresion is the superior. And as Irish whiskey is distilled 3 times as opposed to the scotch twice, it is a smoother drink. So infact it's the scotch which is paint stripper and Irish which is the more refined and superior drink.

However, they both can make a man psychotically violent if drunk in the required quantity.
