I lost mine due to an accident. I'm on T replacement therapy and physically have seen very little change. Erections are no problem, but orgasm really requires alot of effort. Like it takes forever!! Can I assume this is why women used to like functional eunuchs?
I can't give any insight on the subject if using female hormones though. You need to talk to someone who has better information there. It's a very personalized thing, what works for one person may not work for the next.
