I have been considering castrating myself: removing my balls to protect me from cancer and further accelerate my feminization. I could still use viagra to pump me up if I want a sport a boner.
¿Anyone has any experience with this matter? Thank you. |

i dunno about going through the process with doctors and stuff but I have bever heard that getting your balls removed would protect you against cancer.
you got to really find out what it is you want, way out your options. Keep balls = having biological kids if you want, having more of a libido, but also still getting male hormones that they produce No balls = no biological kids, speed up feminization, and perhaps one step closer to the way you invision your body |

Girl i hope you think this thru, I know what you are going thru but you better be damn sure as they will not repete not grow back nor can you get a transplant, Think it over and look for other options trust me you will be better off taking spiro or another male hormone blocker you'll recieve just about the same results plus keep your nuts if you ever change your mind, Like SRS there is no turning back so you better be sure

According to Wiki (may not be 100% accurate i know just bear with me) your sex drive will either drastically reduce or dissapear completely, so if you do want to carry on fornicating (why wouldn't you) then seriously think about it. But you're right about the testicular cancer bit - if they're not there they can't get ill!

Around 80% of all castrated males cannot achieve an erection. Their sex drive is greatly reduced or disappears all together. Most experience weight gain in the female pattern, hips and thighs. After the initial shock of loosing their balls most will calm down and become less aggressive. A lot women find this appealing in those men but will most likely have to look elsewhere for their sexual gratification. Over 40,000 men are castrated each year in north America for medical reasons. The procedure is as easy as removing wisdom teeth and takes about the same amount of time. Now it is more common for drugs to be used for castration rather than removing the balls all together but the result is the same. I would suggest removing the balls altogether it does away with the possible side effects of the drugs. The changes after castration will be enough to handle without additional problems from reactions to drug. Some men have gone off he drugs and gone through the procedure to save money or combat side effects. Either way it is a big step.

I've been chemically castrated for 20 years and I'm happy I didn't do surgery. I have a history of depression and was worried about the aftermath even though I have for a very long time had the desire. Personally, I'd need a life partner who would be into it.

You might want to have a look at eunuch.org. Not all of the people there are TG but some are and most are happy to share their experience. Some people are very happy they had it done while others regret having had the operation. The important thing to remember is that "your milage may vary" so don't rush into it. As others have said it's a one way ride. On the other hand chemical castration is fairly reversible and a year of that may give you a better idea if this is right for you. |

And as long as you have your big, cum-filled balls, you can still enjoy your fantasy... ;-) Just remember to jerk off at least once a day, and that should keep your lower pipes relatively clear of cancer... And I thought, I'd heard it all... :-) Peace! H

I lost mine due to an accident. I'm on T replacement therapy and physically have seen very little change. Erections are no problem, but orgasm really requires alot of effort. Like it takes forever!! Can I assume this is why women used to like functional eunuchs?
I can't give any insight on the subject if using female hormones though. You need to talk to someone who has better information there. It's a very personalized thing, what works for one person may not work for the next. In any case, think it through, and be safe! |

I dunno what to say anymore... the postings get weirder and weirder. You have to study the biological dynamics of female/male b4 you even consider such matters. Have a talk with a doctor. SRS is NOT merely being neutered/castrated. And once castrated (your balls gone) Viagra will not do much good. Viagra increases the blood stream but will not give you any libido. If your nuts are gone your entire sexuality will be gone unless you find another way to pump your body full of the hormones, that your testicles produce. I'm amazed... I probably overreact, but I find it so devastatinging when people even present such thoughts... being a trans*woman is NOT about surgical radicalism... So no, don't cut your testicels. Enjoy them for being a very important part of your whole sexuality. H

In the middle ages castration was quite frequent for babies whos parents intended to make out of their baby a great singer (baritone, tenor).

Hi Rocío-
You might want to check out Second Type Women site's Orchidectomy section. From what I've seen, castrated tranys "seem" to have better feminization without male hormone blockers, plus it's better for you liver, which is always a good thing. Good luck-WDW |

Oh, and Rocio, Now you have to remember that I'm taking testosterone replacement, but in my case Viagra does work, and it works well! So obviously it does work after castration....again, with T replacement.
