I'll sit partially corrected... Hormones DO play a part in TS lactation as well as in some cases where men are able to lactate. However, prolonged stimulation of the nipples can induce lactation in genetic males, but to a lesser degree than in genetic females.

Bionca, you are correct in every particular, (and thanks for the link btw). There are a number of well documented cases of genetic males producing milk WITHOUT the aid of female hormones or drugs. Seems it depends on both stimulation of the nipples and the will to lactate.
Of course, if drugs and hormones are combined with willingness and stimulation I suspect that a large percentage of T-Girls would be able to lactate.

male: no fat, more muscles.

female: Broader pelvic bone for bearing children
male: small pelvis.

Female: ovaries
male: testes (the same homologous organs become ovaries in female and testes in male)

female: clitoris
male: glans of penis

female: Labia majora

I followed protocol for menopause on asklenore.com for induced lactation in April. After only 7 days of Yamin and Domperidome I began producing clear droplets. After 17 days I was completely impotent due to birthcontrol pill and effect of Domperidome on Pituitary. I did the protocol for 60 days and stopped Yasmin birth control and continued with Domperidome 20 mg 4 x day.
