After millions of years of evolution why do male mammals still have nipples?
Do you seriously want nipples in males to become extinct?
Besides, Homo sapiens came into being 400,000 - 250,000 years ago. Not even 1 million years!
Male and female only become different inside the mother's womb at a certain phase of foetal development. Before that they are the same. So, man and woman have the same organs with certain transformations.

Adult Female: fat under nipples
male: no fat, more muscles.

female: Broader pelvic bone for bearing children
male: small pelvis.

Female: ovaries
male: testes (the same homologous organs become ovaries in female and testes in male)

female: clitoris
male: glans of penis

female: Labia majora
male: scrotum

Female: Uterus
male: Prostate gland

Default nipples and man

Why do men have nipples after millions of years of evolution!! I once asked my dad that question and he answered...."Well they say a Rolls Royce never breaks down but they still have a jack and wheelbrace in the trunk" Sounds as if our nipples are our just standard tool kit.

I followed protocol for menopause on asklenore.com for induced lactation in April. After only 7 days of Yamin and Domperidome I began producing clear droplets. After 17 days I was completely impotent due to birthcontrol pill and effect of Domperidome on Pituitary. I did the protocol for 60 days and stopped Yasmin birth control and continued with Domperidome 20 mg 4 x day. I rented a Medela Symphony breast pump and pumped both breasts for 15 minutes each every 2 hours round the clock. From the very first milking I produced small amounts of clear fluid. By the 36th hour after stopping the yasmin I began producing white milk and was up to 1 oz per breast. 5 days late the milk really came in and my breasts swelled and hurt beyond belief. I was able to produce 9 oz of milk from both breasts in a 24 hour period. It was wonderful. I just stopped lactating small amounts of fluid last month about a week after I implanted myself with synovex-s cattle implant which is filled with crystallized estradiol and progesterone.

That sounds like it is extremely dangerous. I hope that you don't suffer any harm or ill effects from this.

Actually for feminization the pellet implants are the safest way to take female hormones. The progesterone acts to slow down the release of estrogen so that the implant maintains continuous circulating levels of the female hormones for 4 months at a time. It has been three weeks now and my nipples are already beginning to show changes. I had my serum blood levels checked and my estradiol is at 380pg/ml which is perfect for breast development and feminization of body and skin. Over the next 3 months the blood levels will decrease to about 150-180 pg/ml. A normal male level is below 30-50pg/ml. I am really excited about the changes to come. My prolactin levels are normal which is what actually causes the lactation.

Just curious; are you using androgen blockers? - and when the milk comes in again do you intend to maintain the flow on a permanent basis?

My intent for now and over the next 8 months, I will re-implant in 4 months is to feminize my body. As you have seen in others the effects are rather astounding. I have ordered Zoladex 10.8mg implant and expect it next week. Zoladex is used to chemically castrate by wiping out the bodies ability to produce testosterone for men or estrogen for women. Within 21 days of implanting your body is chemically castrated. Two of my friends have gone this route and the results are profound. Loss weight and muscle mass, softer skin, larger breasts and increased fat deposition as a female. after the 8 months of feminization and breast development I would like to begin the longterm lactation protocol and see what happens with developed breasts. Zoladex is a LHRH analogue.

Correction ; In a female, it is the Skene's glands which is homologous to the prostate gland in men. In 2002 the Skene's gland was officially renamed the prostate by the Federative International Committee on Anatomical Terminology.
