on film anything is possible, but ts can lactate, ive seen it with my own eyes.

if you have ever seen a ts that is on hormones but has not had implants yet, they actually build up a lot of mammory tissue at the breast (which they need to make the implants when they get them softer and more natural looking).

hello, i find if i raise my progesterone levels for a month or two i
do lactate.. once you stop if you breast pump you can increase your milk supply..
