There was a graphic novel called i beleive " Pieces for Mom " about kids who feed their Zombie mom and take care of her.

Pieces for Mom sounds like it would be quite a surreal read.

Has anyone seen Resident Evil: Degeneration?

I have it in my collection. I'd like more CG Resident Evil movies , maybe an adaptation of RE4.

I think that the RE movie titles could be salvaged if they made a live action version of RE2. The producers and director must remember however, that people want to see what it would look like in live action; it must follow the plot pretty close. Obviously there is some stuff that will be cut due to time restraints and such, but people want to see something that stays true, not the directors take on how the plot should go. That means no Alice or any new characters or ripping off of other movies like The Matrix or The Terminator in their action scenes or any stupid plot twists.

If they can remember that one simple rule of game/comic/book adaptations, the movie will be good.




I hope that they make a RE4 and 5 CG movie. I just hope that Ashley won't be as annoying in the movie as she was in the game...

One thing we can all take solace in, is that Uwe Bolls has never taken the reins of a Resident Evil movie. He has already butchered Alone In The Dark and Dungeon Siege, so he needs to stay away from RE with his hands of crap!

I don't want a one to one adaptation. I don't think it's possible to catch/reach everyone's game experience/feelings in a movie. Its better they make something like Degeneration or RE movie (1, not the others), that replenish the RE game story.
A movie with the parasites could be nice. Maybe short before RE4 starts.

That would be awesome! Live action preferably or bleeding edge CG.

It's gotta be a mini-series(or series!) rather than a movie. Way too many things would have to get cut out to make a movie.

And if it is a mini-series, it has to be from HBO or another Cable station as any of the network stations would water it down to pablum levels. Ugh.

Books are always better , but "It" and "The Stand" were pretty good and "The Shining" tv movie was ok.

But it would make a great series of films.

That would be amazing...I think a long miniseries would be best. Or maybe a couple of episodes per book.
