Yes, smaller titties can be attractive. There seems to be only a certain size that can be attained with hormones and then there are the health issues with prolonged use of hormones, not to mention the dangers of increasing the dosage in a misguided attempt to speed things up and/or increase results. I suppose the attraction of the smaller breast lies with the "Lolita" attraction that most males have to some degree.
