Boob jobs have often been a problem for me...personally and professionally. (I'm a photographer - I shoot mostly nude figure with genetic females for art galleries and exhibitions - so I keep a low profile when it comes to my "adult work" side, regardless of whether it's transgenedered or genetic.) Persoanlly, I just prefer natural tits. I think that's one reason hazel turner and Harley Quinn drive me freakin' bonkers!

But, the surgeries are getting better. There was a time when I wouldn't even consider a model for a project if she'd had her tits done. I've seen some absolutely horriffic outcomes over the years. Now, I sometimes can't tell the difference, not by looking or by touching (with permission, of course! )

As with most things, you get what you pay for. It helps too, when someone doesn't go from a natural AA or A to a DDD. Also, the patient's own responsibilities for post surgical care can play a major role as to the quality of the final results.

Yes, smaller titties can be attractive. There seems to be only a certain size that can be attained with hormones and then there are the health issues with prolonged use of hormones, not to mention the dangers of increasing the dosage in a misguided attempt to speed things up and/or increase results. I suppose the attraction of the smaller breast lies with the "Lolita" attraction that most males have to some degree. Then frankly, some Tgirls, genetic girls also for that matter, do go with boob jobs that are not suitable for their body. I take each case on an individual basis.

Camilla - (RIP) Loved her before and lover after.

Emily - The new ones look a bit too big for her build, but will look better
when she puts on some more weight.

Absolutely If I see a really flat chested shemale its a big turn off most of the time. I love the boob jobs Holly Sweet, Vo D Balm, Allamah Starr and Kimberly Devine have had. Kimberly has the best I have ever seen hers look very realistic.
