I don't know but I think it's possible. If you stretch bones you bear a constant force that hurt the bones and force them to heal in a stretched stadium. This is painful.
The same could be done with the penis. The problem is that the penis move itself, and there are high pressures in an erected penis. Also scar tissue has the property to contract. If you do it not long enough, your penis can shrink. If it's done to strong or the stretch force and the erect force combine to strong you could hurt the spongy body of penis and get impotent.

The safest way is to use Photoshop or something like it.

Well the dick isn't bone so it has nothing to do with what you can do with your bones.
I should think in this day and age, with advancing medicine, everything is at least conceivable. But the question would be wether its practical/affordable without too high risk. I bet thats what it eventually boils down to.

I cetainly wouldn't believe anyone advertising that they can enlarge your penis.

and, by the way, the bones aren't stretched, they're broken. Then they're clamped in a way that forces them to grow together by filling a gap thus making them longer. Its a really nasty and painful and risky process that takes years to finish.

I certainly wouldn't volunteer for surgery of that kind - especially not between my legs.

Bones are in are permanently rebuild (O.K. normally at night). I meant it like wearing a brace, after a long time the jaw-bone is rebuild so that the teeth are standing right.

The whole body is permanently rebuild, you can stretch skin, muscle and tendon(? that thing between muscle and bone). But I'm not sure about the spongy body of penis.

With the hurting I meant micro hurting not ripping in two.

Normal skin and muscle tissue can be stretched extremely.


I wanted to look up further and search elongated penis, but still was on google images. Ever seen a skinned human penis. That looks not funny.
