Is it possible that they have long dicks because they allow the dick to hang freely most of the time unlike most of us. Perhaps it's own weight, due to gravity, allows the dick to become longer over their lifetime. You all know what happens to boobs that are not supported by a brassiere over time.

It's possible to let it look an inch longer by cutting the connection between the public bone and the penis, so it hangs lower and you see more of the inner penis. But that would be not enough.

Did you see them before and after in real life with an erected cock? Or only pics with 18 inch hanging?

The stretching works with the spongy body of penis. If used to strong or to long you can get impotend.

I don't know. I know that there are little indications that bras weaken the connective tissue so that the breasts hang earlier.

it might be a good thing to try if some1 wants to get their dick elongated....

Elongating the dick is successfully practised by many tribes in Africa, South Asia, South America and some Arabs. They tie a rope or band around the tip and attach weight, usually rocks. Over lifetime the weight increases. If started early, heavy weight and an already big dick, they can get a penis longer than 22 inch / 55cm.

Most of them do this for religious reasons e.g. deceasing sexual desire. Usually they are impotent and have damaged nerves in the penis. The rope can cause disrurbed blood flow in the tip and a scar.
