I think you are leaving out a third type, My boyfriend is the third type which he falls in love with out knowing she's a Tgirl and when he finds out his love is so strong he doesn't care. True story when i met my boyfriend he had no idea i was a Tgirl we dated awhile before i told him after i told him he left and for about a week i didn't see or hear from him, But he came back saying he really likes me and still wants to see me.
