She shouldn't be there at all, "zebra"! At least, based on what I read in the article from "Bob's T-Girls.Com" (see the 2nd and 3rd posts). And, since she encountered unfairness in a court of law, I am sure she is encountering the dreggs of society in prison. She was most likely subject to "stereotyping" in court and later in prison because she was in the adult film business. Well, having sex, whether it be for the camera or in her personal life is alot different in a prison enviroment than "on the outside" you can count on that. I just wish I could find out something on the web about what is going on with possible appeals, etc.

Anyway, she is a beautiful lady and I hope she is....1: Safe 2: Healthy 3: Has support of family/friends.

Well Aries, we meet again! Thank you for posting that story on Sylvia. Sounds like an all-around tragedy for everyone, and especially for Sylvia.
Kind of a shame that the company's who made so much money from her didn't kick in to help with her defense.
Has the case been appealed? The verdict changed? Sounds like a real miscarriage of justice.

I had forgotten just how beautiful she is, especially as a blonde. She does have that certain something.

Agreed, Violet! I guess you find out who your real friends are when something like this happens. They (the studios) could have gotten the best lawyers in the country for her. Oh well....mental note for myself "if I win the lottery, Sylvia will get the best lawyer possible"for her appeal/probation/etc.

On another note, I'm a criminal defense attorney, but practice in Wisconsin, so I don't think there's much I can do for Sylvia from here. That said, if the facts of the story are correct, this seems like a fairly "easy" appeal, as there seem to be many issues that would kick this case back down to the local court for a proper sentencing, and w/the prison time credit Sylvia has by now, could even be a time-served case. If there is something I can do, please let me know!

I can send you her contact info (real name, address in prison, etc) via the private messaging. However, being a lawyer, wouldn't you have access to any information about the case?
