I think you're apprehensive because you already figured out the reasons. You've listed them all for a good reason. So in light of that, I think you know the answer. But when dealing with emotions, logic is often thrown out the window. So not to sound like a complete pessimist, but you should probably listen to your head on this one and not your heart.
