Is there any need to get rid of the cock any more? I'm far from an expert on this, but it seems to me that guys actually prefer transwomen to have cocks than not to have them. That's certainly my preference and seems to be that of most people.

You can have surgery and everything but you will never have the insides of a genetically born woman, or the capability for child birth, so it almost seems in my (totally uninformed genetically-male biased) opinion that doing the post-op thing is unnecessary and surely entails a certain amount of risk?
