I understand your position and agree that sexuality is not always rational. However, in my case, if the surgery and transformation is done well, I do find it sexy knowing that what is down there used to be the other. Once again, it may not be rational, but it is that mental realization that makes it work for me. Now, if I was never told and it was not apparent, then it would not do a thing for me.
