Castration Incision

My gf (she is pre-op) had an orchiectomy two months ago. The doctor went in from the top of the balls near the top on her penis, and went down to remove her testicles. Now you see a quarter inch scar, barely noticeable, and empty sacks. She gets hard, but no pre-cum or semen... Sex drive is still awesome, she bottoms 100% now.
