I have a friend who's an animal doctor....he's joked in the past that if someone offered him enough cash he'd castrate them. I don't think he was serious...at least I think so.

Anyway...try looking for a friendly animal doctor....they neuter animals on a daily basis.

It's a bit more complicated than that. Sometimes you get "lucky" (if keeping the ability to get erect is what you'd consider lucky) and find you can still get hard, though it may be more difficult than before. Various men (who still value the ability to get hard) have found it nigh impossible to get hard no matter how mentally or physically stimulated. As far as hormones go, the testicles make more than just testosterone, and it takes more than just testosterone from the adrenals (or testes, patches, shots, creams, etc.) to induce erections. Growth hormone, testosterone derivatives, estradiol, cardiovascular fitness, etc.- all are an important part of the equation.

Though having determination and an open mind won't hurt
