I lost mine due to an accident. As long as I'm on T there is very little difference.
If however I let my T levels drop off for more than a week or two I become pretty much non-functional, or at least disinterested enough not to try.
I would imagine that the addition of female hormones on top of being castrated would be pretty rough on the libido!

Just out of interest, "Jimbo" (not the one here as far as I know), who is the part owner of "Cocktails and Dreams" on Phuket, has said that he will not employ girls who tell him that they can give milk because they cannot get a decent erection. (allow for my ineact memory)

And that was my point too. I was not talking about someone with plenty of testosterone available, like after a vasectomy, these girls don't have their "family jewels" anymore, so that all testosterone will have to be "imported".
And there is the rub. They have to decide how much feminised they want to be, and the more "convincing" they become the less testosterone can be used, otherwise it'll spoil the effect. This will invariably make the prostate gland shrink little by little, and soon the "wad" will be no more. Of course, most can still "cum", but it'll be with much less ejaculate than for someone with the full dose of testosterone. If they go too far, there will be a rather more permanent result that cannot be reversed. A shrunk prostate gland cannot deliver any longer.
