Remember the crappy CGI scene with Han and Jabba in the first one (IV)?
Here you can see how Jabba looked and talked in 77. It was deleted from the original.
But be warned, you will never see Jabba the Hut in the same way again.

To get the bridge to new movies: George Lucas plans to edit Star Wars into 3D.

I fear the worst 3D effects, unnecessary 80th like near/far effects.
