I do agree with you about using "bitch" and "mental problems", there certainly better words to use.
I still think, not that it matters, that it would have better to address the use of those words rather than to personally insult the poster and make assumptions that are cruel.
I think you have too much class to do that.

If someone uses inappropriate words and negative assumptions about someone else, I think there are a lot better ways to handle it than to do, what I think, is the same thing that the poster did.
