I had done nothing wrong. We had agreed on a ?100 fee then she wanted ?300 and when in declined she went mad! I thought your response was unnecessarily mean. You know nothing about the poster and I feel that if you don't know, it is better to write nothing. Who was generalizing on your post?

This was one person's experience, who knows if she had an off day or whatever.

The exchange to which you refer took place nearly a year ago.

The word "bitch" is tremendously charged. Ask any woman. And then to assign "mental problems" to someone because you don't get what you want or expect, well that's an entirely new level of insult.

I do agree with you about using "bitch" and "mental problems", there certainly better words to use.
I still think, not that it matters, that it would have better to address the use of those words rather than to personally insult the poster and make assumptions that are cruel.
I think you have too much class to do that.

If someone uses inappropriate words and negative assumptions about someone else, I think there are a lot better ways to handle it than to do, what I think, is the same thing that the poster did.

But, no big deal.
