You probably mean Japanese? Yes, as far as I'm concerned there are quite a few of castrated LBs in Japan. Unfortunately, not in Thailand, though Thai T-girls are much more beautiful and feminine in my opinion...
I have no idea why is that, but it seems that Thai LBs, even if they get actually castrated, stop modelling at once. Or maybe they prefer to do full SRS treatment, instead of castration.
There are very many pretty LBs in Philippines, as well. But those seem to never get castrated at all. At least, I've never seen anyone myself.
