I don't see that Joan Jett has small balls. She doesn't have a large free swinging sack like some - hers is more compact than some Tgirls and men. Not unusually small, however.

As to sexual act preferances, that depends entirely on the T-girl and what the movie producer wants in the script. That is what counts as far as what you see. Which they prefer in private - you would have to ask them. It seems to me that some of the stars for SM Club were asked that question in their promotional vids.
