It all depends. Although I cant find them now, I have the set of pictures where these seemingly uncut shots come from and you will clearly see that she is cut. No foreskin, no frenelum, both typically removed during circumcision. Since I do not have those pics, I have others that show the comparison posted below. Also depending on how loose or tight a circumcision is can really affect how much skin you can roll over the glans. Not everyone is cut the same
