There are different extents of circumcision, you can have a combination of high/low (a measure of how close the scar will be to the head of the penis) and tight/loose (a measure of exactly how much foreskin is removed). A tight circumcision would leave no foreskin and the penis would be totally smooth from base to head even without an erection and a loose one would still have potentially all the foreskin and enough to cover the head.

In both cases the frenulum, the tight bit joining the underside of the foreskin and the head is almost always removed.

I think you would all agree from the two pic's that Purple Head posted that Kelly Shore did have a foreskin on her cock when these two pics were taken.

I guess that sometimes pictures are deceiving.

It all depends. Although I cant find them now, I have the set of pictures where these seemingly uncut shots come from and you will clearly see that she is cut. No foreskin, no frenelum, both typically removed during circumcision. Since I do not have those pics, I have others that show the comparison posted below. Also depending on how loose or tight a circumcision is can really affect how much skin you can roll over the glans. Not everyone is cut the same ;)
