i dunno about going through the process with doctors and stuff but I have bever heard that getting your balls removed would protect you against cancer.
you got to really find out what it is you want, way out your options. Keep balls = having biological kids if you want, having more of a libido, but also still getting male hormones that they produce No balls = no biological kids, speed up feminization, and perhaps one step closer to the way you invision your body
