You can do that stuff on a free mmorpg called Second Life
Its pretty neat.

Ive heard of a game called Redlightcenter that might be close... dont think it has shemales in, but I never played it. Im pretty sure those are just some cgi pics, but a game like it would be fuckin awsome!!
