It's way too hard to pick just one. Heck, I'd have trouble assembling a top ten list! But for the sake of the question of the topic, if I had to pick only one, I'd have to say Dana Douglas. She's the TS lady that turned my head in this direction so many years ago, so in that respect she's always going to be "my first" when it comes to transsexuals and hold that special place in my thoughts.
