I wonder sometime how many of the Tgirls do the sex-work thing just to finance the cost of SRS surgery and the other attendant costs of a full transition. And I do wonder how many would go all the way if they could at no cost to themselves - say if the government paid for it all. I would think that all of the true transgendered women would if they truly believed that would make them feel happier.
