Seems to me you need to seek confidential medical advice instead of consulting the members of this forum ( we're rather a bunch of know-alls ).

A friend of mine who is into pumping says that external hormone cream might do the trick in conjunction with a pumping program, and he reckons you should be able to get details off the internet.

I think the personal approach is best, if you've got a sympathetic doctor.
