I get pleasure from pictures of ladyboys, shemales etc. because of the juxtaposition of female elements with male ones. I do skew more towards the feminine look, mainly because I'm heterosexual (to some extent) and so if the girl looks too masculine, I become less attracted to her. In essence, it's an attraction to an exotic kind of woman; a woman who's still recognisably female, but possesses something out of the ordinary.

Also, there's the factor that the ladyboy (etc.) has made a transition from male to female; a transformation, if you will. I have a fetish for men transforming into women, so that's a big part of why I enjoy pictures and videos of ladyboys.
