It has been said that there are two kinds of men: 1) Those that masturbate; and 2) Those that lie. I'm not so sure but that the same thing could not be said about mutual masturbation, especially during the adolescent and teenage years. And I'm including here boys who, later as grown men, are exclusively heterosexual. I recall many years ago, at Navy Boot Camp, being told as a battalion, that any recruit who had ever been sexual with another male should report it to his Company Commander. This of course was long before Don't Ask Don't Tell. Now, it is my contention that, if every recruit who had ever engaged in mutual masturbation reported it as told, the Navy would have had to build robots to man its ships. Of course I may be wrong, perhaps it is not nearly as common as I believe it to be. I would welcome members' experience and comments on this.

And as to your question regarding circle jerking among adults, there is here in San Francisco a club called The SF Jacks. Although I've never attended one of there ...um, meetings, I do know what goes on there. They are a safe sex group and are open to all males over the age of eighteen. They gather monthly at a predetermined location (which changes from month to month) to watch porn and jack off together. I believe any form of manual contact is permissible though oral and anal sex are strictly proscribed.
