I realize that many go thru the complete transition & I hope they are happy but I would think after being post op they wouldn't have nearly as many admirers. In essence it's as if they are like any genetic girl and lose that "best of both worlds" appeal. Just my opinion though. In any case beautiful pics and beautiful girls.
