As far as Number 4, I love that sort of pic, but the best ones I've seen (and mostly the only) have been artwork. Check out the artwork/toons threads here, there are some really good examples. Of course if you don't like art, I'm not sure where to go.

The one I have is just a 493MB 37-min clip called "Mariana Cordoba.avi"... It's interesting how so many of the same clips are seen by so many people.... when I first read point 1 in Pencelli's inital post, I immediately thought of the same Mariana Cordoba clip! I'm also familiar with the Transsexual Penetrator and Shemale Wedding series... I have to admit, I've never seen a clip that fits the description in point 2, maybe because I've never looked for it... not really my thing.
