For me, I would say the visual is stimulating, particularly when your partner is aroused. It is more obvious and eliminates the wondering (or mystery). Also stimulating the cock to arousal is immediately gratifying. And the idea of having a sexual organ entering my body or being in my mouth is totally exciting too.
