Yes, I am sad for those who have a less than perfect result, but the sheer happiness on their faces is what counts for me.

Yes, I understand there are new techniques being tried by one or two plastic surgeons. Some involve the relocation of sensitive skin, others the transfer of lubrication membranes transferred to the front of the vagina . All exciting pioneer stuff.
Clitoral sensitivity is the Holy Grail for most of these surgeons. I think they
deserve the money that they make ( well most of them )

Yes all but the post op photo of RAK, All the other post op photo's they look very happy and they look happier then there pre op photos, True story my sister told me that going thru old photos of us growing up she sees a lot of sadness in my eyes even when i appeared happy and now the sadness has left my eyes Jennifer

As more transgendered women chose life PP ('post-penis') it may then be possible to talk more freely about the unspoken yearning that touches some of us at least: that one day we might have children.

I have attached some shots of the actress Florencia de la V (ex Roberto Carlos) - including one obviously photo-shopped for Rolling Stone - who demonstrates what that might mean.
