So is it a lot of doctors who are butchering faces? Faces of TS who look perfectly passable (or perhaps light work would be fine) or is it a case of the TS themselves wanting that radical change. Well, even after some surgery.. years of hormones.. living and (mostly) blending I still see the boy. Some times it's cool, sometimes it's a panic, other times it's simple dread/fear. There is also a real compulsion for some people to get addicted to cosmetic surgeries.

And... some doctors are better than others, or are better with some changes than others. Remember also, there is more than a little pressure on gals in the industry and someone somewhere is more than willing to be critical of how any woman looks. Add that to gals trying to lengthen the already tiny "shelf life" of a trans* porn star ...
