Now to be less facetious...

I wouldn't know such things being a guy and all..but perhaps if you were to wear some tight spande undewear or short shorts under the skirt? Perhaps trim them to not be so noticeable when your skirt flips up? See..somehow I don't imagine dancing around with tape down below would be comfortable. And sweat? Icky-poo sicky you know? And removing it? I'd not want to be you in that situation!
