the title is in another language, so the best I can do is give you the translation in English. However the shemale actress we are talking about is Joanna Jet (maybe you know more about her, she is very elegant, tall, thin and blonde - but that you know...) and the Director of the movie is Roy Alexander. I hope this will help you find it

I know it's not that important, but just for the sake of it. The title - if translated into English - sounded something like "Russian trannies - queens of the cock", possibly because the second scene of the movie showed a "girl" that could have been Russian.
