Hormone feel much more natural than silicone. But t the end silicone breast look better.
I'm undecided hah ,I'll start with hormonos first I guess

For those girls than can develope natural or hormonal breasts, they look so good. Some of the girls that can't and have implants,,,,,well the implants can look bad,,,,just like those on "born girls"

Well, that would depend on the surgeon and the technique used. Some are done with incision below breast line, some are done with an incision in armpit. I think it also depends on what type of implant, silicone or saline. I think with saline, some now have the incision through belly button and an empty sac is pushed up to breast area, then filled,,,,,,so I have read

I like small breasts on genetic & trans women. Medium sized too! But anything beyond 38's and C-cups & it gets too be too much. Plastic surgeons need to learn that sometimes less is more!

Thanx, jet8, for your concise, educated comment on this subject...
Ever since I got my first high-def screen, a few years ago, the sight of those scars was an annoyance while watching TS porn of the Brazilian variety... At some point, I was convinced Asian surgeons were more skilled!!

P.S: I was amused to learn that another member of this forum, ssell10, wasn't exactly turned on by these scars (for a while, I thought I was the only one who noticed).

When taking hormones does not grow the breasts after years than an op

would be ok for my.

But i prefer natural tits.
