I use a good ole fashioned penis shaped dildo with a suction cup base. It even has testicles.
Before I insert it, or impale myself on it, I make sure everything is clean and sanitary, use plenty of lube, and stretch myself out beforehand with a penis shaped butt plug. Hey, its what the Mistress told me to get a few years back when I was serving her. I had to obey.
