Sadly the reality is that it remains more a rare medical phenomenon than anything else. It's probably more a self-pleasuring sexual fantasy, anyway, although sexual deviant psychology is a little studied area. The range of hermaphroditic forms is very varied, and the odds against getting co-existing fully-functional male and female genitalia in one individual are astronomic. Meantime, good photoshop pictures meet the requirements of those among us who fancy that sort of visual stimulation.

Personally, give me a beautiful Tranny anytime - at least they do exist ! !
