I read a lot information about russian shemales on russian sites (about prostitution and other things). Mostly it is man who wear female dresses, without breast and all photos on dosug is photoshop. There only few real shemales, but most of them use medicine and can perform only passive role. Real shemales are very expensive - like all in Moscow, and this is only city in Russia,where shemale exist Also commentaries on site are censored,so its impossible to find out the truth
