I remember exactly when I realized I could be attracted to transsexual women and it was when I was nine years old while watching Xena Warrior Princess.
There was an episode that had a character named Miss Artiphys who was played by Karen Doir.
I thought she was very pretty and in the episode Xena pulls off her hair and you realize that it was a wig and that she was a man.
It was confusing but I couldn't deny it, I found her attractive.
It's been 11 years since then and I'm not confused about those feelings anymore.
I was attracted to what made her a woman not a man. I was attracted to her for what she was now instead of before.
Sadly though I found out she died in 2004 from AIDS/Hepatitis.
