Yes, Thailand and the Philippines have some world class hospitals. I've had my dental work done in Manila for a fraction of the cost in the US and been able to avail myself of a bit of shemale amusement while there. What you save in medical costs buys one some quality time with some Ladyboys and beautiful ones to boot.
