If I may offer a little advice (based on personal experience) ...

There are plenty of websites devoted to Transgendered women .. lots of them purely with an overtly sexual bias .. some with a more balanced view ..

Join one of the more reputable ones & participate in things like "Chat Rooms" etc .. go to Transgendered venues (Clubs, Social events etc) .. most big Cities will have them .. checkout the local LGBT "Yellow Pages" for details ...

Sitting at home in front of a Computer isn't going to work .. it wouldn't work if one was looking to meet an RG .. so why should it work any better if one's looking to meet a T-Girl ??

Treat any Transgendered woman you meet (good looking or otherwise) with the same degree of respect you would like to receive (remember the Transgendered world is far smaller than any other) so, if you treat one T-Girl badly be sure she'll tell her friends ...

Don't assume that just because a woman is Transgendered that she's automatically a "good lay" or that she's "gagging for it" ...

Don't rely purely on looks either .. one wouldn't apply that criteria to RG's .. so why should it be applied to TG's ??

In short .. be yourself, treat others with due respect & courtesy, be Pro-active & just remember the TG dating game is exactly the same as the RG game .. with the same basic rules ..
