Yes, which is why I'm a major campaigner against this form of child abuse. When done to a girl it's a human rights violation, when done to a boy it's acceptable - the height of hypocrisy.

I am willing to overlook it if the individual in question is nice in other regards, but it will always be an issue for me. Thankfully in this country, it's usually only boys in the jewish minority who get it done, so the chances of meeting one are rather rare.

I have no frenum, and therefore it is easy for me to appear either way, cut or un-cut. It is tragically barbaric that this practice still continues. Given proper attention to hygenic pratices there is no justification for it.
