I've used a finger and a pencil, but I'm scared to go bigger. I wasn't even ready for those small things, so I imagine going bigger would hurt. I don't really train my ass. Be careful with things like pencils as you can damage yourself. A soft, flexible dildo is the safest aproach. Start small and use tons of lubricant. Let yourself relax and take it slow.
