I post photomanips on another castration related forum. I did not manip the attached though, but I still cannot vouch its not fake. Its from a Japanese new half site as I recall and there is some pixilation on the scrotal area however this could be to comply with their crazy laws about what they can show

It doesn't look like it has been manipulated but it might also be she just has very tiny ones.
